15 years in, I can usually spot trouble early. Most website projects slow down for the same reasons: too many handoffs and unclear decisions.
I work with teams that need a new site or a serious redesign, but do not want to be passed from strategist to designer to developer. You talk to me directly. Strategy, design, and front-end stay connected.
Some clients like quick Slack messages. Others prefer a weekly note with a staging link. Both are fine. The work itself is mostly async in shared docs, Figma, and GitHub.
You work with me from first direction to launch, so decisions do not bounce between layers.
I take on two active clients at a time on purpose. That keeps momentum up and response times short.
If your team already has a process, I fit into it. If not, I run a simple one and keep you updated every week.
Frank picks up what you need fast and just runs with it. Rare mix of design sense and dev skills, and the work is always solid.
Give Frank space and he comes back with something better than what you asked for. He thinks about the end user first, and it shows.
We've worked with Frank on multiple redesigns. No-nonsense approach, clean work, and he picks up the phone when something is urgent.
Send a short brief with your goal, timeline, and context. I’ll tell you directly what makes sense, what doesn’t, and what it takes.
No polished plan yet? That’s fine. A few clear bullets are enough to start.
