How soon can you start?

Most projects start within 4 to 6 weeks after your first email, depending on scope.

If you have a deadline, mention it up front. If it is urgent, I can sometimes make room sooner.

What is your process?

Short email exchange to align on goals, scope, and constraints. If useful, we do a brief kickoff video call.

After that: clear proposal, signed contract. Updates in Notion, Figma comments, GitHub, and a staging link. Mostly async.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. I often join existing teams and work alongside internal marketers, designers, and developers.

I keep communication direct, document decisions, and stay aligned in shared tools like Slack, Notion, Figma, and GitHub.

Can you collaborate with another freelancer or agency partner?

Yes. If you already have a designer, developer, strategist, or agency involved, I can plug in and take ownership of my part.

I coordinate directly in shared channels so work stays aligned and delivery stays smooth.

Do you only take solo projects?

No. Some projects are end-to-end with me as the only maker, others are team efforts with shared responsibilities.

Both setups work, as long as roles and scope are clear from the start.

How do you bill?

Bi-weekly billing for scoped work. Hours overview and invoice every two weeks.

If priorities change, we adjust without renegotiating the whole project.

What do I need to prepare?

Your content. I handle design and development, but text, images, and brand assets come from you.
