Designed and built the WordPress website for Congressus, the online platform for associations.
Project context
Challenge
Congressus serves different audiences, but the previous site treated them the same. Boards, committees, and associations had trouble finding relevant information quickly.
Approach
I simplified the information structure, clarified the page hierarchy, and built the new site in WordPress with reusable templates for product, onboarding, and support.
Outcome
Visitors can now self-navigate more easily, and the team can publish updates without rebuilding layouts each time.
