Current Focus

I’m taking on new projects and working on a new version of themes.dev. In my spare time, I’m putting the finishing touches on our newly built house. We’ve almost completed all interior work and will soon start on the garden.

• September 2024 - Launched new personal website
• July 2024 - Our daughter was born
• March 2024 - Moved to our new home in the countryside
• June 2022 - Started building our new house
• April 2022 - Sold our house and moved temporarily to a rental house
• September 2021 - Our second son was born
• October 2020 - Moved to suburbs of Groningen, to our new build house
• February 2020 - Our first son was born
• April 2019 - Moved to own office
• June 2015 - HBO Bachelor in Communication and Multimedia Design
• April 2014 - Bought our first house
• July 2011 - Joined co-working space in Groningen
• March 2011 - Met my wife
• January 2010 - Moved to Groningen, Netherlands
• July 2009 - Completed HBO Bachelor Communicatiesystemen Propedeuse
• September 2008 - Started freelance web development and design
• July 2008 - Completed MBO Media Designer program
• February 1989 - Born

Future Goals

• Expand themes.dev to include more frameworks and design systems
• Contribute to open-source web development projects
• Launching new SaaS product
